Introduction
In order to properly manage people, you need to be able to know exactly who you are, as you need to know the type of personality the person you are talking to has.
For example, if you need to delegate a task to someone, you won’t use the same approach for each of your subordinates.
In this lecture, we will see together the different color and personalities. Then I will tell you how to deal with each one.
Color Personality Profiles
Four colors, four personalities
Let’s see together the 4 personality profiles !
After reading that, you will probably have an idea of which color you are, and which color are you colleagues. It can be very useful to understand who you are and who are your colleagues, specially to delegate, find a good motivational speech and understand nervousness.
You can see on the following image our 4 colors :
On the top (red and yellow) you will see people driven by “thinking”. On the bottom (green and yellow), by the “feeling”.
On the right of the circle (red and yellow), you will have more extroverted people, on the left (green and blue) introverted.
It can be summarize by the following :
Who are you ?
If you have time, just do the following test online to know what color you are 🙂
I found this quizz pretty accurate and it has very few questions. Most of online tests can have 50 100 questions. It will give you one color, even if we be multiple color.
FYI, in a bigger personality test, I found to be as “blue” as “red”. I guess a blue personality who loves competition. 🙂
One important thing, there isn’t a good or bad color. Each color has it own strengths or weaknesses.
